  • I think Europe was more surprised when enough intelligent American voters existed in 2008 to put a fantastic President in office. I guess now they will be re-surprised when a band of idiots are voted in in 2010 without a single policy proposal on the table.

  • By the way, let me also add that Obama has done nothing BUT cut taxes in the past 2 years. 33% of the Stimulus Bill were TAX CUTS. That is over $250 Billion in tax cut relief that benefited 95% of American working families.

  • Terribly misleading. Bush and Republicans had a surplus from the Clinton years and decided to squander it by passing an enormous tax cut for the top 1% of Americans.
